Returnng to the Southern, many BR Standard classes were seen at work ranging from Britannias to 9Fs, Class 5s, Class 4s (both 4-6-0s and 2-6-0s) and Class 4 2-6-4 and Class 3 2-6-2 Tanks. There are also shots of 77014 and 78038. Ex LMS engines also worked on the Southern including Black Fives, an 8F at Feltham, a 4F and 2P 4-4-0 and Ivatt 2-6-2 Tanks at Weymouth and other locations. The programme concludes with light engines running to Salisbury and on the last day of steam No. 35030 on the up 14.11 from Weymouth to Waterloo.
